AFCON 2013: Keshi faces selection headache

Eagles’ coach,  Step-hen Keshi admitted yesterday that he was facing a dilemma in selecting his team for the February 29 Nations Cup 2013 qualifier against Rwanda in Kigali.
The former Eagles’ defender who spoke  to journalists yesterday in Abuja after training with 21 local players, stated that he was concerned with the late arrival of the invited foreign-based players.
He argued that the foreign-based players will arrive earliest on Sunday while the team will travel to Kigali the following day.
He said introducing  them into the team may create problems since they hadn’t been in camp.
However, he said, “let’s wait and see I haven’t made up my mind on the final list.”
He added that he was confident that the home-based players could raise their game and deliver, if selected in the final team.
