The lives of six young men and women will certainly change before the end of today as the 2012 edition of Star Quest comes to an end tonight. For the past 20 days, six bands, comprising six members in each band, have been thrilling viewers with songs.
Last Saturday, two bands were evicted from the show, courtesy of votes from viewers across the country. The others – the Soul Rhythm, Golden Clef, Crystals and Quantum Vibes – were left to slug it out till the end.
One of the bands will eventually emerge the winner today. The Brand Manager, Star, Olabiyi Fagade, expressed satisfaction with the performance of the four bands. “I think I can say that it has been a wonderful performance from all the Star Quest bands that performed. They certainly held their own and they made us proud,” he said.
