Keshi keeps Eagles discoveries secret

Super Eagles boss, Stephen Okechukwu Keshi, says he has made several players discovery for the national team, but will rather keep it close to his chest and wait at the appointed time to call upon those who have impressed him in the task of rebuilding the national team.
Keshi, who is expected back in the country next week to prepare the national team for the South American friendly against Peru in Lima, declared that henceforth, he prefers to talk less and act more so that his job will speak for him. “Yea, we may have made some discoveries but we have to keep  it quiet and learn to talk less about ourselves and more about the team, at the appropriate time the players that we know can help the course of the national team will be unveiled,” he said.
Meanwhile, Keshi’s assistant, Dan ‘the Bull’ Amokachi, says the national team as presently constituted has a couple of ‘sexy players’, that are bound to get a trophy for the country in the nearest future.
Speaking at the MTN Football Hub, on Saturday at the Oriental Hotel in Lekki, Lagos, that saw Barcelona Fc hosting Real Madrid in an epoch Spanish La Liga encounter, Amokachi said the players have shown so much commitment and determination that those that have been used in the past who failed to get result should be immediately discarded whether they are local or foreign based. “I have been privileged to work with three or four coaches in the past, who keep recircling the same set of players that never brought results but my boss, Keshi, is starting on a clean slate with players who are hungry for success and sooner than later Nigerians will appreciate what we are doing with the new Super Eagles,”he said.
